Shahi Chaap Recipe

Ingredients
Bakre ki chaap ----------1 kg
Doodh(milk)------------ 1 /12 cp
Piaz (onion chop) ----------1
Boil and mash potato ------1 1/2 cup
Hari mirchein (green chilli chop) ------1 tbsp
Hara dhanya(coriander leaves chop)-------1/2 cp
Lemon ka ras (lemon juice) -------2 tbsp
Garam masalah powder ----------1 tsp
Chaddar cheese kaddu kash---------1 cup
Namak(salt) ------------ hsbe zaiqa
Anday (eggs)
Khusk bread
Tail (oil) ----4 cup

Method

Chaapon ko dho kar onion aur milk daal kar dhimi aanch par pkne ke liye rakh dein. Hatta ke gosht gal jaye aur aasani se haddiyon se alag ho jaye. Tamam doodh bhi khushk ho jaye.

haddiyon par se tamam gosht alag kar ke bareek kar lein aur 12 haddiyan bacha kar baqi pheink dein.

Ab aik bowl mein mash potato, kash shuda cheddar cheese, green chilli, garam masalah powder, thora sa salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, daal kar khoob achi tarah mila dein.

Is mixture ko 12 hisson mein tqseem kar dein aur har hisse ko chaap ki haddi ke gird is tarah se lapet dein keh woh poori tarah dhak jane ke baad niche ki janib haddi ka kuch hissa khali nazar aata rahe.

Har chaap ko pheinte huye andon mein dubo kar nikalein aur phir bread crumbs mein donon janib se rakh kar halka sa dabayein takeh achi tarah se crumbs chipak jayein.

Khule fry pan mein oil garam karein aur drmiyana aanch par tl kar golden brown kar lein aur chatni waghira ke sath pesh karein. Buhat mazedar khushnuma dish tiyar hai.
