Recipe Of Rasgulla
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Litre milk
• 3 tbsp Lemon juice
• 2 tsp All Purpose Flour
• 1/4 tsp RoSe essence or cardamom powder
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 Cup Sugar
Method OfRasgulla:
• Take a pan and heat milk in it. Bring it to a boil.
• Add lemon juice, stirring slowly and gently till cheese separates
from the milk.
• Now turn off the heat and strain it through a strainer.
• Make sure all the water from the cheese is drained.
• Now knead it to make soft dough.
• Combine flour with it and knead again.
• Make small rounded balls from the dough, keep aside.
• The balls should not have any cracks in it.
• Now combine sugar and water in a saucepan and boil it.
• Add cheese balls to the syrup and cook it for about 30 minutes
with lid partially covered.
• Add rose essence or cardamom powder and turn the heat off.
• Allow to cool and serve .
GulabJamun Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup dry milk powder
1 Tsp suji
1 large egg
1 Tsp of oil
1/4tsp of baking powder (oil for frying)
(shera)
1 cup suger
2cups water
Method OF GulabJamun
firstly make shera by adding suger &water.not so cold or not too
hot ,keep it lukewarm.then heat oil on medium heat mix together all ingredients (milk powder,suji,oil,baking powder,egg) .then make a
stiky dough,make small balls(9-10) of this dough then deep fry it
on medium heat,when these r dark brown put them in the luke
warm shera and cover the pot for about 15 min.after this serve them warm .
Keer Recipe
Ingredients:
12 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar or to taste
1 cup sliced pistachios and almonds
8 sultanas or kishmish
1 tbspn cardamom seeds
2 cups rice (soaked)
Some sliced almonds and pistachios For garnishing
Method Of keer
-Boil milk and cardamom seeds together and add sugar.
-Crush soaked rice roughly and add them into boiling milk.
-Stir Frequently because once the rice stick to the surface of the
utensil, milk catches a very pungent burnt smell, so beware of that
because it will spoil your whole dish.
-Boil rice in milk with constant stirring. Add all the nuts and dry
Fruits in it.
-Stir, stir and stir, boil, boil and boil.
-When it begins to thicken, remove From heat and take it out in a
nice deep dish.
-Garnish with some nuts and refrigerate For 2 hours.
-Scoop and serve.
Paneer Kheer Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ltr low fat milk
200 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup sugar
few drops of rose water
3 tbsp cornflour
4Some sliced almonds and pistachios For garnishing
Method Of Paneer Kheer:
Boil the milk and keep aside.grate paneer with a thick grater or you
canuse a knife to cut strips about 1to 2 inches.put 1 cup of water
in the sugar and let it cook on a small flame till it reaches a 2 string
consistency.add the grated paneer and cook till the paneer is
cooked but it should not change colour.add the milk and cook for
some more time
Ras Malai Recipe
Ingredients:
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 6 table spoons
Cardamom – 2 (chotti elaichi)
1 table spoon chopped pistachios (keep some on side for
garnishing)
Method Of Ras Malai
1: Put above ingredients in a pan and let it come to boil. In the
mean time you can make the ras malai balls.
Lets make the balls…
Egg – 1
Milk powder – 1 cup
Butter – 1 tea spoon
Baking powder – 1 tea spoon level
2: Mix these four ingredients and make a dough. You can make
small balls or oval shapes depending on what you like. Keep the
size small as they will grow a little bigger on cooking. When the
milk mixture boils add these balls and let it cook on low flame for
10 minutes.Take out in a nice bowl and let it cooland garnished with nuts and
thencool serve.
Falooda Recipe
Ingredients:
Black poppy seeds(Khashakhasha) – 2 tbsp
Jelly(Straw berry)
Sweet condensed milk
Rose milk – 3 tbsp
Vermicelli(Semiya) – 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream- 2 scoop
Seedless grapes as required
Sweet cut mangoes
Method Of Falooda
1.Soak 2 tbsp of Black poppy seeds  in half cup of water.
Within 5 minutess, size will start to enlarge. Add more water, if
necessary.
2.Prepare the jelly as per the instructions given on the cover and
allow it to set inside the refrigerator or buy jelly from the shop.
Cool inside the refrigerator.
3.Roast the vermicelli for a while and then boil it in 2 cups of water.
Once the vermicelli gets cooked, add sugar(4 heaped tbsp or
as required).Use condensed milk for mixing in vermicelli. This
mixture should be thick enough. Allow this mixture to cool inside
therefrigerator.4.Prepare rose milk by adding rose milk powder to 1 of cup milk.
Mix it well . Add sugar and then chill it. When milk is chilled the
sweetness will decrease- so add enough sugar.
5.Keep the cut grapes and mango in the refrigerator.
6.Take out all other ingredients which are chilled well. Remember,
all ingredients must be chilled as that will give the real taste of
this dish. Take a beautiful long crystal grass and chill it for a
while.andserve immediately with a long spoon and a straw
Eggless Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 tin condensed milk (200gms)
2 3/4 cups plain flour (240gms)
40 gm cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda (soda bicarb)
2 tsp icing sugar
1/2 cup butter melted (60gms)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
100 ml milk
100 ml Coke or Thums Up
Method OF Eggless Cake
Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cocoa all together
2 to 3 times.Keep aside.Pour condensed milk in a bowl. Add the butter, and beat well till
smooth. Add the flour spoon by spoon, mixing into the condensed
milk mixture. In between, add milk as required if the butter begins
to get too stiff. [Stir the mixture in one direction only all the while.
This willincorporate more air and make the cake lighter].
Once all the flour is used up, beat the batter as above till light (5-7
minutes). Add the coke or Thums Up and mix gently till smooth.
Pour into a greased cake tin. Do not smooth with a spoon etc. If
the consistency is right this will not be needed.
Pre-heat over to 300o c. Place tin inside. Bake at 200o c for 5-7
minutes and 150o c till done. (35 to 40 minutes).
Poke with a skewer and check. Cool a little. Invert on wire rack.
Cool completely before doing icing if any. Or serve warm with tea.
Eggless Chocolate Sponge Cake is ready to serve.
Besan Laddu Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of Ladu besan/Gram flour(This is little coarse than besan.
You can get it in any Indian store).
2 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of Ghee. (You can add more as per your taste)
1/2tsp cardamom powder
Pistachios (Crush them into coarse mixture)
Method Of Besan Laddu
Heat Ghee in a pan once ghee is hot (almost reaching boiling
point)add besan and roast it on low heat stirring continuously till it
looses the raw flavor.(hint: Besan will change the color to golden
color once the rawness goes.) . Now add powdered sugar,
cardamom powder and mix well. Keep mixing on low flame for 2
more mts and keep it aside.Once the mixture becomes warm make small round shaped
laddus. (If you are unable to make laddus you can add ghee even
at this stage. ) You can decorate the laddus dipping one edge into
pistachios powder.
Delicious yummy besan laddu is ready to be served. I can
guarantee that all your guests will ask which shop did you buy
these sweets.
Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
Method of Chocolate Cake
Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Beat eggs well and keep aside.
Mix butter and sugar.
Add milk.
Beat well, till fluffy.
Add eggs slowly and stir.
Fold in the flour mixture.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of water.
Pour into a greased and floured pan.
Bake at 190C for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven.
